Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing no later than January 22, 2027. A full refund, less a $50/person administrative fee, will be issued for those received by that deadline. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after January 22, 2027 or meeting no-shows except in extenuating circumstances. All refunds will be processed within 45 days after the meeting.
