Important deadlines for reservations:

- Cut-off date for the group reservation discount is Friday, January 2, 2026.
- To receive the group discount rates on skier products such as lift tickets, rentals, and lessons, these must be purchased 24 hours in advance of your lodging arrival date.

Lodging information and room rates
Registrants are responsible for arranging their own accommodations including any changes, deposits, and cancellation charges. Early reservations are recommended to assure desired lodging.

The 2026 rates (not including taxes) per night are as follows:
• 2 Bedroom Premier – $449.00
• 1 Bedroom Premier – $264.00
• 1 Bedroom – $264.00
• Studio Premier – $239.00

Each year many people delay in making reservations and every year our room block has sold out. Demand is very high for this time of year, and we urge you in the strongest possible terms to make your reservations while we have rooms
available and while you can lock in our deep discounted group rate. There are several rooms blocked of each type, but the sooner the reservations are made, the more likely that your first choice will still be available.
BRECKENRIDGE RESORT DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Individual lodging deposit policy:
A Credit Card is required to reserve. No Deposit is due at the time of booking.
Full and final payment is due at midnight 14-days before arrival, at which point the reservation becomes non-refundable. 100% is non-refundable beginning at midnight 14-days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations are refundable until midnight 14-days before arrival. 100% is non-refundable within 14-days of arrival.
