Important deadlines for reservations
- You must contact Copper Mountain Group Reservations at 866-837-2996 to make your own lodging and ski lift/equipment reservations. Refer to THE PIG GROUP or #5985.
- Cut-off date for the group reservation discount is Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
- To receive the group discount rates on skier products such as lift tickets, rentals, and lessons, these must be purchased 24 hours in advance of your lodging arrival date.

About Copper Mountain Resort
Located just 75 miles west of Denver, Colorado. Copper Mountain Resort is a beautiful 2,433-acre ski resort nestled in the Colorado Rockies and the largest ski area in Summit County. Three pedestrian-friendly village areas provide a vibrant atmosphere with lodging, retail outlets, restaurants, bars and family activities. Copper’s naturally divided terrain offers world-class skiing and is known for its great diversity of ski runs for skiers of all levels. Each year many people delay in making reservations and every year our room block has sold out. Demand is very high for this time of year, and we urge you in the strongest possible terms to make your reservations while we have rooms available and while you can lock in our deep discounted group rate. There are several rooms blocked of each type, but the sooner the reservations are made, the more likely that your first choice will still be available.
COOPER MOUNTAIN RESORT DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Individual lodging deposit policy:
25% of the total lodging amount will be required as deposit upon making reservations. The balance on the room reservation will be billed to the credit card number on file 30 days prior to check-in. Full payment is required at time of booking for reservations made inside of 30 days of arrival.
Individual lodging cancellation policy: For group attendees who cancel their lodging reservations, the following will be in effect:
- If canceled 30 days or more prior to the date, refund on the amount received will be made less 10%.
- If canceled less than 29 days prior to arrival date, the individual is subject to full forfeiture of the reservation value.
Cancellation fee waiver:
During the booking process a Group Reservations Specialist may include a cancellation fee waiver in the quoted reservation total so that the guest may be refunded payments if canceling for a covered reason. The cost of Copper’s Vacation Protection Plan is 7% of the individual guest’s total purchase, calculated on the pretax amount. This product is not a travel insurance product. If you are looking for an insurance product, please contact an authorized broker.
